We at Five Spot know your identity only if you send us e-mail. (Please send us e-mail !) If we were to check our Web server logs, we could find out the IP addresses of those who visited our site, but this is not the same as knowing who you are; an IP address is more likely to be your ISP's address than your address. In any case, we do not have access to your name, e-mail address, or other information about you unless you choose to include it in an e-mail to us.
We do not know if you purchased CD's here. When you place an order for CD's through the Five Spot Web site, your order goes in encrypted form over the Internet directly from your browser to our fulfillment partner's secure server. It does not pass through Five Spot's server. We do not have access to your order information -- name, address, credit card number, what you ordered, or even if you ordered anything. We get reports from our fulfillment partner from time to time showing what was ordered, but these reports do not show who placed the orders. Our fulfillment partner has a stringent privacy policy. Rest assured that your privacy is well protected when you order through Five Spot.
